By accessing or using PromptDrama (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

PromptDrama is a community platform for sharing, discovering, and discussing interactions between humans and AI systems. Content may include text transcripts, images, videos, and other media submitted by anonymous users.

By submitting content to PromptDrama, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Service and in connection with the Service.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to submit content that:

• ✕Contains sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — this results in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement
• ✕Doxxes, harasses, or targets real identifiable individuals
• ✕Is fraudulently labeled (e.g. fiction presented as a real interaction)
• ✕Constitutes spam, automated posts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• ✕Violates applicable laws or regulations

All submitted content is reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at our sole discretion, without notice or liability. Moderation decisions are final.

PromptDrama allows anonymous submissions and voting. We do not require account registration. Anonymous voter tokens are stored locally in your browser to prevent duplicate votes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content submitted by anonymous users.

The PromptDrama name, logo, and site design are our property. The content submitted by users belongs to its respective creators. AI-generated content may not be subject to copyright protection — you are responsible for understanding the IP implications of content you submit.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptDrama and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content on it.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
